Terry’s Health Journey
At my heaviest in 2018, I weighed 185.5 kg and faced depression, high blood pressure, and pre-diabetes. In the past, I had lost weight — even being named 2002 Male Weight Watcher of the Year — but I gained it back plus more. This time, I committed to sustainable change with the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet.
Over two years, I lost 100 kg. Since June 2020, I’ve maintained a healthy weight and lifestyle. Today, I mentor others by sharing not just strategies, but lived experience of what it’s like to fight obesity and win.
